Welcome to Dabb Print. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Dabb Print’s website, requesting quotes, or placing orders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dabb Print.

2. Services Description

Dabb Print provides custom printing and packaging solutions on a business-to-business (B2B) basis, including but not limited to:

  • Custom Packaging: Product boxes with various finishing options (UV coating, die-cutting, embossing, foil stamping, spot UV)
  • Box Types: Cardboard boxes, corrugated boxes, gift boxes, mailer boxes, two-piece boxes, sleeve boxes, window boxes, display boxes, and food packaging
  • Marketing Materials: Business cards, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and promotional materials
  • Corporate Stationery: Letterheads, envelopes, and branded office materials
  • Design Services: Professional design consultation, artwork creation, and technical support

All services are provided through a quote-based ordering system. We do not operate as an e-commerce platform with fixed pricing.

3. Order Process and Quotations

3.1 Quote Requests

  • All orders begin with a quote request submitted through our website, email, phone, or in-person consultation
  • Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified in writing
  • Prices in quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted if specifications change
  • We reserve the right to refuse any quote request at our sole discretion
  • Rush order quotes may include expedited production fees

3.2 Order Confirmation

  • An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of your written acceptance (email or signed quote) and the required deposit payment
  • You are responsible for carefully reviewing all specifications, quantities, materials, finishes, and designs before providing final approval
  • Once approved and deposited, orders enter production and cannot be canceled
  • Changes to confirmed orders may incur additional charges and production delays
  • We will provide order confirmation documentation including project timeline and delivery estimate

3.3 Minimum Order Quantities

  • Custom packaging products typically require a minimum order of 100 units
  • Some specialized products may have higher minimum quantities (500-1000 units)
  • Marketing materials and stationery may have different minimum requirements
  • Sample orders may be available for an additional fee before committing to full production
  • Bulk orders (1000+ units) may qualify for volume discounts
⚠ Important Notice: Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Please ensure all specifications, designs, and quantities are correct before providing final approval and payment.

4. Design and Artwork

4.1 Design Services

  • We offer complimentary professional design support for qualifying orders (typically 500+ units)
  • Design services include initial concept development and up to 3 revision rounds
  • Additional design revisions beyond 3 rounds may incur hourly fees
  • Complex design projects may require additional fees based on project scope
  • Final approval of all designs is your responsibility
  • Design turnaround time is typically 3-5 business days

4.2 Customer-Provided Artwork

  • Artwork must be provided in high-resolution, print-ready format (PDF, AI, EPS, or PSD preferred)
  • Files must meet our technical specifications: minimum 300 DPI resolution, CMYK color mode, with 3mm bleed
  • Vector files (AI, EPS) are preferred for logos and text to ensure crisp printing
  • We will review your files and notify you of any issues before production
  • We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from inadequate or low-resolution artwork files
  • If artwork does not meet specifications, design correction fees may apply

4.3 Intellectual Property and Copyright

  • You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all designs, logos, images, and content you provide
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents
  • We reserve the right to refuse printing of designs that may infringe intellectual property rights or contain inappropriate content
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Dabb Print harmless from any claims arising from intellectual property infringement related to your designs
  • We retain the right to use images of completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) or US Dollars (USD) as specified in your quote
  • Prices exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated; applicable taxes will be added to invoices
  • Prices are subject to change based on material costs, currency fluctuations, or specification modifications
  • Shipping and delivery costs are included for standard domestic orders above minimum thresholds
  • International shipping, expedited delivery, and remote location delivery will incur additional charges

5.2 Payment Schedule

  • New Customers: 50% deposit required upon order confirmation, 50% balance due before shipping
  • Established Customers: Payment terms negotiable based on credit history (typically Net 15, Net 30, or Net 45)
  • Full payment must be received before products are released for shipment
  • We reserve the right to hold shipments until all outstanding invoices are paid

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank wire transfer (EFT/SWIFT)
  • Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Cash payments (for in-person transactions)
  • Company checks (for established customers with approved credit)

All bank fees, wire transfer charges, and international transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility. Credit card payments may incur a processing fee.

5.4 Late Payments

  • Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month or the maximum rate allowed by Turkish law
  • Accounts with overdue balances may have future orders suspended until payment is received
  • We reserve the right to engage collection agencies or pursue legal action for seriously delinquent accounts
  • Customer is responsible for all collection costs, including attorney fees

6. Production and Delivery

6.1 Production Timeline

  • Standard production time is 7-10 business days after final design approval and receipt of deposit payment
  • Production time begins when all requirements are met: approved designs, confirmed specifications, and deposit received
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional 25-50% expedite fee, with production times of 3-5 business days
  • Production times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to material shortages, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances
  • We will notify you promptly of any expected delays and provide updated timelines

6.2 Shipping and Delivery

  • Free standard delivery within Turkey for orders meeting minimum value thresholds
  • International shipping available at additional cost with customs duties responsibility of customer
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers; we are not responsible for carrier delays
  • Risk of loss and title transfer to customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier
  • Expedited shipping options available (overnight, 2-day) at additional cost
  • We will provide tracking information once orders ship

6.3 Inspection and Acceptance

  • You must inspect products immediately upon receipt and report any defects or discrepancies within 5 business days
  • Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the products “as is”
  • Claims for shipping damage must be documented with photos and filed with the carrier within 48 hours
  • Quantity discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days with supporting documentation
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned products before issuing credits or replacements

7. Quality Standards and Tolerances

7.1 Color Accuracy

  • We strive for accurate color reproduction but cannot guarantee exact color matches to digital proofs
  • Digital proofs displayed on monitors are approximations; actual printed colors may vary due to material properties, coating effects, and printing processes
  • Pantone (PMS) color matching is available but may require additional charges and physical color proof approval
  • Color variations of up to 10% from digital proofs are considered within industry-standard tolerances
  • We recommend ordering physical samples or printed proofs for critical color-matching projects

7.2 Quality Tolerances

  • Industry-standard quantity tolerance is +/- 10% on ordered quantities, and customer will be charged for actual quantity delivered
  • Minor variations in color consistency, die-cutting precision (±1mm), and alignment are normal in commercial printing
  • Embossing depth, foil stamping coverage, and coating uniformity may show slight variations
  • We follow ISO 9001 quality management standards for all production processes
  • Final products that fall within industry-standard tolerances do not constitute defects

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

8.1 Custom Order Policy

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun
  • Orders cannot be canceled after final design approval and deposit payment
  • Cancellation before production begins may result in forfeiture of deposit to cover design and setup costs
  • We do not accept returns for custom-manufactured products unless defective

8.2 Defective Products

  • If products are defective due to manufacturing errors, we will reprint or provide credit at no additional charge
  • Defect claims require clear photos, detailed descriptions, and must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt
  • We will evaluate claims and determine appropriate remedies (reprint, partial credit, or full refund)
  • Our liability is limited to replacement of defective products or refund of the purchase price
  • We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect losses

8.3 Order Cancellation by Dabb Print

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

  • Fraudulent payment information or suspicious activity
  • Non-payment or failure to meet payment terms
  • Inability to fulfill specifications due to technical limitations or material unavailability
  • Designs that infringe intellectual property rights or contain illegal content

In such cases, any deposit paid will be refunded within 14 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish law:

  • Our total liability for any claim related to products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption
  • We are not responsible for delays, defects, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
  • We are not liable for errors in customer-provided artwork, specifications, or instructions
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage during shipping after products leave our facility
  • We make no warranties regarding suitability of products for specific purposes beyond general commercial printing applications

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

10.1 Limited Warranty

We warrant that products will be free from material manufacturing defects and will substantially conform to approved specifications. This warranty is limited to replacement or credit and excludes minor variations within industry tolerances.

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated, we provide products and services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs, graphics) is owned by Dabb Print and protected by Turkish and international copyright laws
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission
  • Dabb Print name, logo, and trademarks are our exclusive property and may not be used without authorization
  • We may photograph completed projects and use them for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing

12. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your designs, business information, and proprietary data. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except:

  • As necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., sharing with production partners, shipping companies)
  • As required by law, court order, or government regulation
  • To protect our legal rights or prevent fraud

Our employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires)
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
  • Labor strikes or disputes
  • Equipment failures or power outages
  • Supply chain disruptions or material shortages
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Internet or telecommunications failures

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders and will communicate delays promptly.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dabb Print, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Intellectual property infringement related to your designs or content
  • Your misuse of our products or services
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey
  • Both parties agree to first attempt resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation
  • If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation before pursuing litigation
  • The prevailing party in any litigation is entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs

16. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written quotations or agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dabb Print regarding our services and supersede all prior communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.

18. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
